包裝標準：按液袋發貨執行，鉛封密封，保證運輸過程中貨物不損壞、不溢出。

產品驗收：

Acceptance check:

1、產品質量及數量應在交貨時由乙方當場驗收簽字或提出異議，乙方收貨后視為乙方對甲方的產品認可合格。

Party B shall check the quality and quantity of products when receiving them, sign name or raise an objection. After Party B accepts the products, it indicates Party B recognizes the products of Party A.

2、甲方產品存在質量問題，乙方有權利不予驗收簽字，并要求甲方更換合格產品。

In case of quality problem of Party A’s products, Party B has the right to refuse to accept them and sign name, and has the right to require Party A to supply qualified products. 

3、甲方向乙方交貨時，雙方當場對貨物進行樣品封存，并加蓋雙方印章，或接貨人簽字確認，留樣雙方各執一份封存。

When Party A delivers goods to Party B, both parties will reserve samples on site and stamp them with seal or the receiver can sign name to confirm that. Each party will keep one sample respectively. 

產品的交貨方法、運輸方式、到貨地點：

Product delivery way, transport mode and place of arrival:
